If you’re looking for psychology supervision in Melbourne, regionally or interstate, then we would love to help. We are a team of Clinical Psychologists and Clinical Neuropsychologists with years of experience in the mental health system across public and private practice.

We offer Clinical Supervision to registered Psychologists (Clinical, Counselling, Neuropsychology and General), graduate psychologists who require a period of supervision for endorsement, and other mental health professionals in private practice. We can also provide an internship if you are in your final year of a Masters or a Doctoral Program. (Please note: we do not offer 5+1 or 4+2 pathway at this time).

Clinical Endorsement

Are you seeking Endorsement in Clinical Psychology? Our supervision is designed in line with the competency framework from the Psychology Board of Australia and offered by a Board Approved Clinical Psychologist and a Board Approved Clinical Neuropsychologist Supervisor.


Clinical Formulation

We provide single session or a set of supervision sessions that are designed for your stage and place of practice. Supervision can focus upon clinical formulation regarding a case, or building specific skills in clinical practice. We also provide a space for reflective practice and the development of self care for your career as a Psychologist.

Nellie Lucas Clinical Supervision

Dr. Nellie Lucas

Clinical Psychologist DPsych (Clin Child), BPsych (Hons), MAPS FCCLP 

Nellie is a Psychology Board Approved Supervisor with endorsement in Clinical Psychology. She has over 20 years experience in mental health settings. Her career spans public and private hospitals, private practice and academic settings including Monash University and Victoria University of Wellington. She has a warm, reflective style and is flexible to design the supervision to meet your professional development needs.

She has experience in working with all age ranges including parent and infant / child, adolescents and adults. She has specific experience in working with eating disorders in inpatient and outpatient day programs, complex trauma and personality disorders in outpatient day programs. She has long held experience in treating depression and anxiety including OCD. Nellie has particularly focused on parent – infant/child attachment and developmental assessment and therapy in more recent years. She does not have specific expertise in alcohol and substance use or forensic psychology. She uses Schema Therapy, ACT, Meta-cognitive therapy and Mindfulness approaches as well as CBT and DBT. She has a specific interest in attachment theory and including a focus upon process issues in supervision. Nellie has been a Clinical Supervisor for over fifteen years with experience supervising Provisional Psychologists on placement, Psychologists seeking endorsement in Clinical Psychology, and Clinical Psychologists and General Psychologists in private practice.
