We help to match you to the best Psychologist for you. Our book online system is best suited to current clients only and so your follow up sessions can be booked online. Please also phone to arrange a cognitive / educational or neuropsychological assessment.

Referrals are not required to make an appointment. If you would like to access Medicare rebates then you will need a referral with a Mental Health Care Plan. You can ask your GP to fax a referral to 03 9102 5322 or you can email it to email@example.com. We also receive referrals via secure message including Argus and Referral Net. Please note that all session fees including cancellation fees are the responsibility of the client. We do not bill third party funders including NDIS / NDIA, WorkSafe or TAC. You may be able to be reimbursed in part by your funder. Please contact your third party funder to discuss.
If you have arranged an online session, we are providing these via Zoom Health (secure video conferencing platform) or a phone call session. We will send you an electronic form to complete your details and a consent form. You will receive a secure and encrypted link for your session.
Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Should you wish to change or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours (business days) in advance to avoid a cancellation fee (Thursday for Monday appointments and Friday for Tuesday appointments). If you do not arrive or cancel with less than 48 hours notice then a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. This fee is not claimable under Medicare or Health Funds.
Given the current COVID Safety Guidelines we encourage appointments to be changed to an online consultation if you are unwell. You will be eligible for your rebate for all online / telephone consultations.
Please call or email to discuss our schedule of fees and rebates available to you. We are a fee paying clinic and do not bulk bill. Medicare rebates (between $92.90 and $136.25 per session) can be processed for you (please see section on Medicare rebates). The rebate can be significantly higher (90% of fee) if you have reached your Medicare Threshold. All other sessions are privately billed and you will need to seek reimbursement from a third party payer such as NDIS, WorkSafe or TAC. We do not invoice third party funders. Please note there is often a gap fee payable and you may not be eligible for reimbursement for missed or late cancellation sessions. Please call reception for information regarding our fees.
Fees are payable on the day via EFT, Visa or MasterCard only.
MEDICARE REBATE AVAILABLE
If you are referred by your GP, Psychiatrist or a Paediatrician with a Mental Health Care Plan you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate (between $92.90 and $136.25 per session) for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. An Eating Disorder Care Plan may entitle you to a Medicare rebate for up to 40 sessions per calendar year. You will need to pay the full fee for the session and then we can process the rebate for you (Medicare usually deposits this in your account within 24 hours).
